Observation and discussion on electrostriction of piezoelectric material

This experiment measures the relationship of voltage and deformation of different points on a certain piezoelectric material(for example LiNbO_3 or buzzer) under low-voltage direct or low-frequency alternating current with improved Michelson interferometer.The experiment gets the distribution of deformation per voltage on the sample.
