Mailing manuscript management mode,communication manuscript management mode and web manuscript manage- ment mode are compared and summarized.Based on web contribution,web manuscript reviewing and web manuscript solici- ting,this paper discusses how to improve the speed of manuscript handling and how to solve the problems in modernized manu- script handling.
