Perturbation analysis based on the optimal approximation solution of Hamilton matrix with assigned spectra

The perturbation analysis of the optimal approximation solution with assigned spectra is carried out.A numerical example is also provided,and it shows that the theoretical results coincide with the numerical experiment.
