With the rapid development of network technology,web securityhas become a threat to the campus website.The website has been growing gradually,transforming from a simple platform aimed at information release and exhibition,into an important carrier of a collection of enrollment,employment,training,and scientific research.The website has accumulated a lot of information in the education information construction and become a mature business display and application platform. However,in recent years,the website security problem is becoming more and more serious,which has put us in a dangerous situation.This not only brings great trouble to the website administrators,but also causes serious damage to the network and the core business.The security of Web application has become one of the most important problems in the Internet world,remaining to be solved.The attack which the university websites suffer from has some features.The main security problems focus on the following aspects: The website is hacked;Data and content are tampered with;The computer is attacked by the Trojan horse or is inserted by an illegal link.This essay aims at analyzing and discussing about the security problems of the current campus websites,based on the characteristics of the university websites.It has proposed a reliable,efficient safety protection strategies which is suitable for Colleges and universities to guarantee university website security.
