The Comparison between Instant Fourier Trans form and Wavelet Transform

This paper introduces the basic concepts of Instant Fourier transform and Wavelet Transform firstly,then compares Wavelet Transform with Instant Fourier Transform in Dispersed Transform and Frame ,Orthogonal Base Functions and Multi-resolving Analysis,and discusses their applied scope and gives an evaluation at last.
