High Availability Design on SoftSwitch

Softswitch is a crucial communication device in the next-generation network, and its high availability is an important guarantee for the quality of service. High availability system has such capabilities as redundancy framework, secure data management, stable and reliable running, etc. This paper introduces the method of high availability design based on softswitch. Firstly we describe the framework of softswitch's hardware and software, secondly describe the design of high availability platform on system level, and finally describe the resource audit mechanism on application level.
