Interpreting DNA Mixtures with Bayesian Framework

Common plug-in approach neglects sample size in quantifying DNA evidence, which leads to inaccurate results and overweight DNA evidence.This paper cites the Bayesian model and obtains the formula of calculating likelihood ratio under Bayesian model.The results suggest that the Bayesian method is more conservative and accurate than the plug-in approach.
