According to the status quo of the modern logistics in Tianjin Port,the paper points out the existing problems in logistics information system,analyzes its demand and establishes the frame structure including exclusive communication network,network grand,system management grand,applying system grand and portal website. Furthermore,it describes the main functions of each subsystem.
