Design and Research on the Direction Changing Mechanism of Phototransistor Navigation Mobile Robot

In design of phototransistor navigation mobile robot,the dead point position exists in the direction changing mechanism.The dead point position will make the mobile robot fall through to navigate;how to let the direction changing mechanism do not appear the dead point,and the direction changing mechanism exists inevitably dead point position,how to let change direction mechanism to pass dead point position smoothly.It is a key problem to design the direction changing mechanism of mobile robot.The dead-point problem of direction changing mechanism is researched in this paper;specific coordinate of the dead point position is established;the method to resolve the dead point problem is put forward,and limiting block to resolve the dead-point problem of direction changing mechanism is successfully adopted.
