Based on analysis of defects in traditional architecture of Client-Server(C/S), the traditional resolution suggested is Brower-Server (B/S) architecture based on three tiers. However, with enterprise application system becoming more complex than ever, and the integration problem between systems becoming more urgent than ever, the B/S architecture has no longer been a perfect solution. In order to resolve these problems above, this article comes up with Java 2 platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) standard based on N-Tiers structure which fits development of distributed enterprise application system and places emphasis on the architecture of J2EE and EJB criterion as core technology in J2EE. Finally this article gives an example of development of distributed manufacture system in machine manufacture enterprise to demonstrate development technology based on J2EE.
