A Load-balancing Algorithm Based on Average CPU Load

Different with migrating process in traditional distributed computing environment,the load balancing in virtual computing environment is realized through migrating virtual machine who's intensity is high,this paper presents a load balancing algorithm based on the virtual machine migration.The CPU forecast technology avoid a tiny and temporary load peak value triggering unnecessary migration.This paper uses the global average load-balancing strategy,and trigger migration only when the load difference is greater than a certain value.
