In order to investigate TCP end to end performance on asymmetric links,we use data sending efficiency to analyze the relationship between slow uplink and fast downlink Based on the analysis,we find a feasible algorithm to control the data sending efficiency on asymmetric links We also test the algorithm through simulation under ADSL link model
