Probe into the Practice of Bibliographic Record of 16 Kind of Foreign Periodicals about Petroleum

This paper introduces the research results of 16 kind of foreign periodicals about petroleum,and expounds the paths,modifications and other problems of bibliographic record for providing some references for petroleum universities' library consortia1 to construct electronic title database of foreign periodicals about petroleum.
