RF test method of wireless communication chip based on the T2000 test system

With the development and popularization of the wireless communication technology, wireless communication chips are in great demand and keeping growth. The wireless communication chip test is very important. The RF test is the key technology in the wireless communication chip test. This paper introduces the RF test method of wireless communication chips based on the T2000 test system.
