Presenting RDB、OODB,especially the foreground of NXD,the paper analyze the characteristic of them.Likewise,it indicate vastly superiority of the NXD after comparing the characteristics and advantages of these three kind of databases on the applications of engineering as well as analyzing the adaptive occasion.
