Design of Data Exchange Platform in Water Resources Data Center

With the progress of water resources informationization over the country, the interoperability, information sharing and business collaboration between all levels of water units and systems, have become an urgent requirement for advancing the process of water informationization. Data exchange platform is an effective way to integrate and take advantage of distributed resource of data storage. It aims at constructing scalable exchange platform of water data. Based on the analysis of building demand of exchange platform for water data, it designs general framework and functions of exchange, defines the work ?ow, and models the standard services. This study is a beneficial exploration for promoting the process of exchanging water data.
