Method to calculate MTBF and MTTR of system

Due to the values of MTBF and MTTR are nonstandard,a method to calculate MTBF and MTTR by Bayes estimation was proposed in this paper,based on the prior distribution of MTBF and MTTR,then using the Bayes formula to acquire their posterior distribution,finally,the values of MTBF and MTTR were acquired by Bayes estimation.In the end,an example proves that this method is correct.
