To find out the factors influencing the Air Materiel spare parts' fault by analyzing the fault data,and data mining.Using rough set theory,this paper has an attribute analysis to collected mass data of the factors of Air Materiel spare parts' fault,and avoids the unnecessary data based on attribute reduction,to get the key factors influencing fault of Air Materiel spare parts.
