Mean value of a sum analogous to Dedekind sum over short interval

As an application of estimation for character sum,this paper studies mean values of a sum analogous to Dedekind sum by utilizing Dirichlet L-function mean value theorem and properties of character sum,and gives an relatively accurate asymptotic formula.
