Cumulant-based approach to estimate 2-D DOA in presence of complicated noise

Based on the 2D model,the case of DOA estimation in presence of complicated noise is studied in this paper.Using the cumulant-based algorithms,the characteristics of the noise don't have to be known when the noise is Gaussian. New algorithm determines elevation and azimuth at the same time.
