Resource sharing is an effective way to increase overall productivity with limited resources.Service Level Agreement(SLA)based resource trading is resource sharing through market economy. The current SLA-based information protocols do not support trading price negotiation process;therefore online SLA trading systems cannot provide online negotiation function.SNAP is a SLA based information protocol;this paper extends the original SNAP proposal to support negotiation process and provides a practical sys-tem architecture design;at the end,an actual system implementation example is given based on China Education Resource Sharing(CERS)project.
