A Speech Coding Algorithm Optimization Based on TETRA and Its Implementation

This paper presents some optimized methods of TETRA 4.567kb/s ACELP standard based on studying its principle and characteristics in applications which can considerably reduce the calculation burden.It also introduces the simulation in C language and the hardware system including DSP.Experiments show that output speech has a high reconstructed qulity with the optimized TETRA 4.567kb/s ACELP.
