The nation has established the identification standard of major hazards,and the identification basis is the quantity of hazard substance.The standard is mainly used in the chemical plant.The national standard for the identification of major hazards is not fit for some industries.According to the characteristics of incidents and traits of techniques,the method synthesizing Expert Consultation and Fuzzy Evaluation can help to analyze the hazards.It has been applied in a rubber factory,and the result shows it is proper.
