On the Journal Editors' Sense of Safety-in-Production

Academic journal is a special product in that editors conduct the producing procedures of the greatest importance so that the sense of Safety-in-Production has to play a core role in editing. This paper presents the definition of Safety-in-Production in periodical production, discusses the quality demand for editors for the safe production of journals and explores the dialectical relationship between the Safety-in-Production and editing innovation.
