Analysis of JAXA EEE Parts Standards System for Space Application

The JAXA EEE parts standards system is introduced. The key points of reliability assurance requirements of the system is summarized. The key features of the general specification sand、detailed specifications and the requirements for qualification are reresented. The differences between JAXA and MIL standard or ESCC are analyzed to provide reference for building the EEE parts standards system for space application in China.
