Implement Certificates Distribution of CA Based on B/S and C/S Mode

This paper presents a kind of compounded certificates distribution system based on B/S and C/S mode,the implementation of this system adopts a multi-tier architecture,and successfully conbines the application independent Certificate Authority and the application dependent priviledge access control,finally,completes the binding between certificate and the(pri-)(viledge.) This system is successfully applied in the Electronic Government affairs.
