Fractional Hartley Series Expansion

In this paper,we present a fractional Hartley series expansion method based on the fractional Hartley transform(FRHT).The new expansion method can be applied to chirp signals with arbitrary central frequency and overcomes the defect that fractional Hartley transform is limited to those with central frequency equal to a multiple of a particular value.
