Application of two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in replacing hydraulic oil timing decision

It is important to replace the spoilage hydraulic oil as its performance has been degraded in the use process.Since the time to replace is difficult to decide,theory of fuzzy mathematics is applied in this paper.On the basis of analyzing the reasons causing its spoilage,the method based on two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has been put forward to evaluate the quality of hydraulic oil with using the test data.It is indicated that this method can evaluate the quality accurately because of the comprehensive analysis of many parameters,which provides foundation of scientific timing decision in replacing hydraulic oil.
