The Method to Shorten Development Cycle Based on Interoperability between Agent and Manager Devices

The paper introduces a method to shorten development cycle through interoperability between agent and manager devices,elaborates the architecture design of the system,explains X73-PHD protocol stack,structure and main development method,the result shows that using X73- PHD standard could reduce interface development work and shorten development cycle.
