Currently,dynamic users optimum traffic assignment model couldn't well meet the needs of practical application due to lack of an effective algorithm.The chaos ant colony algorithm was proposed to solve the dynamic users optimum traffic assignment problem.At the same time,the concrete realization steps of the algorithm were designed.Finally,a simple example of dynamic users optimum traffic assignment was provided to realize the calculation process and verify the rationality of the algorithm,which provides a new method for dynamic traffic assignment problem.
