Implementation of Video Compression and Transmission System

Based on integrated JPEG codec chip ZR36060,a Video Compression and Transmission System is designed and developed. It has advantage of high integration,mass storage and high transmission speed. Using the system to capture video image in intelligence traffic systems,good effect has been obtained.
