Judgement of accurate position and rotational angle of pupil in videonystagmogram

In order to judge the accurate location of the pupil in the videonystagmogram and measure the eye rotational angle accuratelly in case of large noise image environment,a new method was proposed. This method used the template matching method to locate the pupil, and then used the largest mutual information to get the rotational angle. The test showed the satisfactory result.
