The Criteria for Positive Real part of Matrix Eigenvalue

Based on the relation between the roots and coefficients,necessary and sufficient conditions whether zero real part existed in the roots of characteristic equation or not have been proved in this paper,then we have proposed some sufficient conditions that matrix eigenvalue was given at least one positive real part.The validity of the method was proved by some numerical examples.
