There are many heterogeneous databases in Information System.How to make the heterogeneous database integrity and solve Information Island is a problem.The integrity solution of heterogeneous database was given.The new method of extracting and transforming data was presented from heterogeneous databases.The idea that ODBC is used in extracting data processing was presented.The concept of data transform rule set was presented and used in extracting data processing.It is a good solution that heterogeneous databases are made integrity by using data warehouse technology.
