Research on Method of Fault Diagnosis for INS Based on Parameter Identification

To improve the testability of INS and decrease the fixing time of INS Fault,this paper proposed maintenance method based on inner states estimate with Kalman filter and evaluating of measure information with two chi-square test.The system state were introduced which were needed in filter.It also proposed a fault-tolerant integrated navigation system with two INS,GPS and log to improve the testability.With a instance of INS maintenance,it is proved that the estimate of the system inner parameter with kalman filter can effectively support the fault diagnosis of INS.
