Priority decision model of small reservoirs reinforcing project based on AHP-TOPSIS

Based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and TOPSIS (technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution),a model of prioritization decision for small reservoirs reinforcing projects is established.The model adopts DELPHI method to determine decision factors,confirms each factor weight in AHP method and makes the prioritization decision in TOPSIS method.An example is introduced to demonstrate the application of the model.In practice,decision factors and weight should be modified properly according to the characteristics of the small reservoirs in different regions.
