Contract document auto-generation system based on COM component

The problems caused by the contract document manual input mode is analyzed.A method to automatically generate contract document by using COM components to read/write MS Office Excel and Word files in C# environment is proposed in this paper.A software system to automatically generate contract documents was realized according to this method.This system has been used in Shaanxi Electrical Material Service Company.The experimental results shows that it is feasible and effective.
