Objective: Relying on the information platform to build special,first-level nursing nine know form,to improve the quality of the bedside handover of critically ill patients.Methods: Rely on information technology will be special,first-level nursing nine know oral transfer of content creation into the form of bedside handover can be read by intelligent,this form of storage-related information in class,and nurses in accordance with the form the order of ea ch of the handover,to avoid verbal handover due to incomplete content,transfer of omission,the care focus on other issues.Results: Used the special,first-level nursing nine know form of nursing,psychology,diet and positive signs to grasp the situation,have decreased significantly.Conclusion: The application of information technology platform to build a special,first-level nursing,nine know form can effectively improve the special level of patient care handover quality,improving patient care work satisfaction.
