An incremental-redundancy transmission scheme for meteor burst communication

Hybrid ARQ can guarantee the efficiency and reliability of data transmission in meteor burst communication(MBC).An improved scheme is proposed in this article by analyzing conventional incremental-redundancy block transmission,and some simulations have been done for communications between two sites during a trail.The theory analysis and simulations show the improved scheme can effectively control noise interference and enhance the throughput.
