But anthropology to technical comprehension, apart from technical ability or tools outside, still include the resources, ecosystem, population...etc. material factor with the rites, knowledge...etc. spirit factor. These factorses a function for producing cooperates, causing the culture evolve the difference in the process, making the culture present many color. From but enlighten people, in modern technique practice, should consider whole technique system well, in order to get the biggest positive effect that technique progresses with the best result, appears the course principle that technology anthropology make people the center.
