An algorithm for statistic modeling in the estimation of OD matrix

A uniform statistical model for OD estimation is presented,which is based on the traditional modeling in the estimation of OD matrix under the assumption that the link choice proportion is a random variable.And a basic algorithm,hybrid genetic algorithm,is presented for the model,which is based on the combination of traditional method of mathematical programming and the basic genetic algorithm.At last the advantage and disadvantage of the algorithm has been analyzed by solving an example.
