Development of a New Reduction Roll of Piano Machine

Vertical package by steel and aluminum belt is an important engineering technology and an essential supplementary device in the production of cables. The piano machine of jacket plays an essential role in the quality of the package. Based on an analysis to the operation fundamentals and defects of the current piano machines of common use, this paper introduces a new reduction roll of piano machine. It can effectively prevent such problems as the running side of piano machine, riftzone and ellipse, thus upgrading the processing quality and lowering the production cost.
