Considerations about the Information Resource Allocation in China

This paper expounds the particularities of the allocation of information resource comparing with the allocation of common resources and the necessity of allocating the information resource through the system,probes into the entry point of the information resource allocation system,and puts forward some measures for further perfecting the information resource allocation system.
