RRL:an Extension to OWL——Ontology Language for Semantic Web

OWL isn't working well when decibing value restriction and rules. This thesis proposes a solution to extend it:Build RRL above the OWL,and then defines the decription ontology of value restriction.So the OWL could be used to decribe the properties’value restriction easily.
