Aiming at evaluation of the reconnaissance effectiveness of network radar counter-measure system is a problem of multi-index and the importance of these index is different,the algorithm of the index system of the reconnaissance effectiveness assessment of network radar counter-measure system based on rough set theory is explored.At last the index system of the reconnaissance effectiveness assessment of network radar counter-measure system is built by the method of rough set theory and fuzzy theory.
