An Improvement of the Motion Estimation Algorithm Based on H.26L

H.26L is an efficient low bit-rate coding standard, but it costs too much time in motion estimation. In order to reduce the computation payload, an improvement of the motion estimation algorithm based on H. 26L under multiple reference frames is presented in this paper. It can reduce the computation payload in block matching and achieve the same effect as full searching.
