State Analysis and Monitoring Method for Evaluation Expert Database

Based on the specialty structure model of evaluation expert database,this paper proposes three-level progressive evaluating to analyze and monitor the state of expert database.These indexes can be used to guide the specialty scale monitoring and adjustment,which help to solve the expert shortage problem in the application of extracting evaluation experts.Furthermore,the paper raises a method to estimate the extracting scale demand of experts,in which estimation of expert scale demand per day and randomness ensuring parameter will be used.Finally,numerical experiments justified the effectiveness of the study are provided.
