Theoretical Study on Teaching Effect of Reasonable Sweet Spot on the Volleyball Spike

Volleyball spike is one of the key technique,while the air smash hit is an important part.In volleyball teaching,due to hit the ball is not high,spiking effect and entire teaching effect is influenced.In order to continuously improve and enhance the quality of teaching and research,this paper makes deeply analysis on spike aerial shots and sweet spot based on many comments and explores the relationship between networks.
