The standardized management of community hygienic service

In this paper,the author reported the practice in standardized management of community hygienic service,which included:1)regulating community service rules and responsibilities of service post;2)enhancing the management over service qualification of the community hygienic service personnel,standardizing service conducts and establishing scientific evaluation;3)strengthening community management of information system;4)expanding community hygienic service and improving service attitude.The standardized management of community hygienic service increased the satisfaction degree among community residents.It was good for the resident's management of case record and raised the operational level of community service.
