The influence of technological innovation on the copyright owner's ability of controling the dissemination of works

Science and technology are the most productive forces,the continuous development of innovative technologies promote the quality of the social productive forces for many times,and people's lives are changed by the technology.Of course,technological innovation has been the impact of the traditional copyright system,and the Copyright Law have been conducting the revision and improvement,the balance of interests have always been broken and restored.By analyzing several typical technological innovation include the historical background and the change of the works' transmisssion and the impact of the traditional copyright system to explore the rule of copyright owner'ability of controling works'transmission,in order to provide more scientific and more reasonable legislative basis for Chinese Copyright Law.
